When we talk about a school we are talking about the students, they are the school, and we put them at the core of everything we do. We are a small school and this ensures that every child’s potential and ability is well known. We strive to ensure they first reach their potential and then go beyond what they thought possible.
We also believe in partnership with our parents. Where this remains strong the chances of the young person achieving their potential is so much greater. The world is rapidly changing and we recognise this in our vision for our students. Our curriculum provides a wide range of challenges. We seek to accelerate academic learning whilst placing equal importance on developing the attributes and skills to lead a successful life.
Learning does not only happen in school and we recognise this in Learning Beyond the Classroom. We offer a diverse range of experiences and celebrate the successes of our students in a wide variety of activities. As a staff we have a culture of academic and professional development. We learn from the best practice here and in other schools. We seek out research to help us adapt and improve our practice and we support and challenge each other through a robust coaching programme.
Joining Quilley is not just about your child starting a new school it is so much more. We take the development of our students from child to young adult very seriously.
